Optimised the performance and accuracy of over 30+ Power BI reports through data validation, performance testing, and functional analysis. Worked with developers, data analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and troubleshoot error patterns using SQL and Power BI. Clearly communicated findings and improvements to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Documented and standardised QA processes, test cases, and results to ensure transparency and repeatability.
As a Data Analyst in the credit lending sector, I utilised Power BI, Excel, and MySQL to analyse critical factors. Providing management with detailed insight and analysis helped them make informed decisions. My role involved creating interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports, presenting findings that highlighted the impact of various factors on lending and risk, and ultimately supporting strategic decisions in the organisation.
During my virtual internship, I focused on improving data quality and conducted RFM analysis using Excel to develop targeted customer segmentation models. Using Power BI, I created reports for data visualisation, enabling informed decision-making. This internship provided valuable experience in data analysis, reporting, and utilising Power BI for impactful insights.

This data analysis project aimed to enhance the management and optimisation of a pizzeria business by leveraging SQL and Power BI. Creating a relational database using SQL Server to collect and store related data. In addition to the database, Dashboards were created using Power BI for comprehensive and interactive reporting.

This project involved creating a Power BI dashboard using two years of data to offer the sales team a clear and interactive view of sales and budget metrics, enabling better performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.

This project involved analyzing the World Bank dataset with SQL queries and conducting statistical analysis to explore interesting questions about international debt. The dataset includes detailed information on the debt (in USD) owed by developing countries in multiple categories.
